WMS interface
- A simple flat-file based interface to allow 3'rd party systems direct access to Radio Beacon and Accellos One WMS.
- The interface provides near real-time synchronization between the WMS and external systems.
- Example: Integration with voice-pick system, pick-to-light system, existing carousel software, existing
warehouse control system, synchronization with external 3PL warehouse.
Picking
- Upload WMS picks to external system based on warehouse zone or specific bin locations.
- External system picks required items and returns confirmations back to DivertCode.
- DivertCode updates WMS with actual picks. Items that are short are shorted in the WMS - everything looks as if it was picked normally by the WMS.
- System can perform full-case picks or individual items picked into a specific tote or carton.
Receiving
- Process PO receipts returned by external system.
- Items are received in WMS and putaway into specified WMS warehouse and bin location.
Inventory Transactions
- Allow external system to execute inventory transactions in the WMS.
- Execute product move from one WMS location to another (e.g. replenish stock in external system).
- Remove product from inventory (e.g. product missing or damaged).
- Add product to inventory via miscellaneous transaction.
- Update inventory via cycle count (e.g. sync inventory between WMS and external system).
System Architecture
- Fully multi-threaded server design that runs as a Windows service.
- Web browser user interface allows remote control and monitoring of system.
- All exceptions are fully logged.
